Home Learners

Farm Field Days

Scroll Down for Upcoming Dates

Geared towards ages 4 to 10

Our Home Learners programs offer a unique, hands-on educational experience for homeschoolers and independent learners of ages 4 to 10. These programs are designed to provide a fun and interactive way for children to learn about farm life, nature, and sustainability.

Each session includes a variety of engaging activities, such as guided farm tours, animal interactions, and seasonal farming tasks. Children can participate in interactive demonstrations, like butter-making and planting, that connect them to the natural world and agricultural practices. With plenty of opportunities for hands-on learning, students gain valuable skills and knowledge in an outdoor setting.

Participants are welcome to join in on scheduled presentations or explore the farm at their own pace, making these programs flexible and adaptable to different learning styles and interests. Whether you stay for a single session or join us for the entire day, our goal is to inspire curiosity and a love for the land.

Join us for a day of discovery, learning, and fun at our farm – where education comes to life!

Please Note: A parent or guardian must accompany children at all times during our Home Learners programs. While we strive to create a safe and enjoyable environment, Happy Little Farmstead is not responsible for the supervision or safety of your child. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that your child is accompanied and supervised throughout their visit.
